Delivery and Returns

At Ayurveda Shakti, our unwavering commitment lies in providing our customers with exceptional quality products, regardless of their location. We take immense pride in our robust and streamlined delivery system, guaranteeing the safe and prompt arrival of our offerings. To ensure a smooth customer experience, we have outlined a summary of the delivery and returns guidelines that we diligently adhere to.


Shipping and Delivery 


All the products that are purchased from our platform are shipped from our warehouses via our logistic services provider. The process, however, takes some days to reach our final customers. Therefore a period of few days is requested from our customers to allow us to make safe and sound deliveries. We have mentioned the estimated timeline for our orders in the below sections! 


Domestic Orders 


We strive to ensure speedy order processing for all domestic orders placed on our website. With the exception of Sundays and Public Holidays, your order will be processed within one business day. We understand the importance of timely delivery and aim to have your domestic orders arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 business days.


International Orders 


At Ayurveda Shakti, we extend our shipping services globally, ensuring that our Ayurvedic products reach customers worldwide. Like domestic orders, international orders are processed promptly within one business day, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. While we strive for timely delivery, please anticipate an estimated arrival time of 7-10 business days for international orders.


To enhance your shopping experience, we offer free shipping on international orders equal to or exceeding 100 USD. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of 20 USD will be applied to cover the shipping charges.


There are some customs and handling charges as well that are charged on all international orders. These charges are shared by the logistic provider at the time of delivery. One can refer to the below-mentioned terms and conditions for a better reference to our delivery policy!


  • The product shipment is subject to import duty, custom duty charges and other taxes charged by the government. These tax rates are subject to change with the prevailing tax rates in your country.
  • You must check the tentative custom or import duty and other government taxes in your respective government portal.
  • The customers are liable to bear all the charges mentioned in the above pointers. Ayurveda Shakti is not obliged to pay any charges under any circumstances.
  • The charges stated above will not be added to the total order amount at the time of checkout. 
  • In the event that a customer declines to pay the required customs charges upon delivery, the company reserves the right to deduct the entire shipping and return duty charges from the customer's order value when processing the refund.
  • The order deliveries at Ayurveda Shakti will be made between 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday. However, we do not make any deliveries on any public holidays.
  • For the delivery process, it is necessary for the recipient to sign and accept the parcel personally. If you cannot be present, we recommend arranging for a family member or neighbour to sign on your behalf. However, please note that Ayurveda Shakti cannot be held responsible if an alternative individual, unknown to us, signs for the delivery on your behalf.


Returns and Refunds 


Ayurveda Shakti thrives on a seamless delivery experience that it gives to every customer. We help our customers by giving extended support and after-sale services to ensure the utmost level of satisfaction on their part. However, our delivery policies do not accept any open or damaged product which is once delivered. Our policies in this regard are mentioned below:


  • In the event that you receive a damaged or tampered product from us, we kindly request that you notify our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. To assist us in addressing the issue promptly, please provide supporting images and videos if possible. 
  • If you have any concerns regarding the effectiveness and quality of our product, then we request you to contact our customer care services within seven days of receiving your product.
  • If any damage is caused to the product after delivery, then it does not come under the responsibility of Ayurveda Shakti. Our Exchange and Return Policy does not cover damages resulting from neglect, incorrect application, or improper use.
  • We only process the exchange of delivered products if they are returned in a saleable and proper condition. The exchanged product must be in an undamaged condition and must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Ayurveda Shakti only processes the return and exchange requests of the customers only after running the critical examination of the specific delivery case. 
  • Please note that refunds are generally not granted once the products are sold unless the vetting process has been completed.
